Frequently asked
- Do you charge a percentage of my cloud spend?
- No. A flat monthly fee. The product helps you spend less, so percentage-based pricing would punish you for letting it work.
- Which clouds are supported?
- AWS in alpha — full read + scoped write actions on Lambda / EC2 / ECS today. Azure and Google Cloud are next on the roadmap; tell us which one you need first and we'll prioritise it.
- What if I outgrow Starter mid-month?
- We prorate. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time and your founding price stays locked for as long as your subscription is active.
- Will you ever delete my resources?
- No. v0 only ever stops Lambda concurrency, stops EC2 instances, or sets ECS desired-count to 0 — all reversible. We never call any Delete* action on any cloud.
- Can I run alert-only forever?
- Yes. The read-only role template never asks for write permissions. You can stay in alert-only mode as long as you like.
